Lucky you. You’re going to spend five days in Busan! Most travelers only spend 1 or 2 days in South Korea’s second largest city, but I swear that’s not enough!
Actually ive been in Busan for 1 month in 2017.
I enjoyed visiting there and wandering. I experienced a lot during my lucky vacation. I did trekking and hiking. Don’t you worry i stayed with my Auntie’s apartment.
Busan is more way better to visit than Seoul in my opinion because it has a lot of beaches and trees. The weather is much cooler than the Seoul’s capital, you know why? Because i visited Seoul too in just 3 days.
I’m not gonna share my whole month vacation with you.
Where to stay is a tough choice for everyone because the cost of stay in busan is so expensive so I am lucky that i stayed at my auntie’s apartment free.
Just take one look at the map of sights below, and your see that Busan’s attractions are sprwad out in opposing ends of the city.
If you want to stay in the same hotel for your whole trip, you’ll just have to take a few longer subway rides on some days. Not a big deal.
https://www.agoda.com (this site is the best to find your wanted hotel.
You could choose to spend your first 2-3 nights in the south, then move somewhere in the north or two one of the big beaches for your last few days.
Because Busan is so enormous and spread out, it only makes sense to visit one part of the city in just one day.
Busan Itinerary
Day 1: Gamcheon Culture Village + Taejongdae Resort Park, Oryukdo, or Songdo
Morning: Gamcheon Culture Village
Start your Busan trip with a colorful experience. Head to Gamcheon Culture Village, which has in recent years become one of Busan’s most popular and recognizable attractions.
Afternoon: Take a Scenic Walk along the Busan Coast
Round out your day with some natural scenery and fresh sea air at one of Busan’s famous seaside walkways. Here are three great ones to choose from!

Day 2: Explore Nampo-dong, Gwangbok-dong, and Seomyeon
Morning: Explore Nampo-dong and Gwangbokdong
Ready to tackle a whole bunch of a Busan highlights in one day? Here goes! Start your morning with breakfast on Gwangbokdong Food Street. The famous thing to do here is to sit in a little stool and eat cheap, tasty milmyeon (wheat noodles) or bibimyeon (glass noodles) served by elderly Korean women in the middle of the narrow lane.
I actually enjoyed roaming around here, it replenishes my soul and unwind my mind.
Afternoon: City Views and Seomyeon
Before leaving the Nampo-dong/Gwangbok-dong area, you can miss one of the excellent viewpoints of the city in this neighborhood. Option one is the seventh floor of Jagalchi Fish Market. Option 2, which is even better, is the rooftop of Lotte Department Store Gwangbokdong nearby.
Day 3: Haedong Yonggungsa + Haeundae and/or Gwangalli Beach
Morning: Haedong Yonggungsa Temple
Hopefully you didn’t party too late in Seomyeon, because the earlier you can get to Haedong Yonggungsa this morning, the better. This popular temple by the sea is unique in South Korea and understandably very popular.
Afternoon: Beach Time!
The perfect time to beach is in the afternoon but, i preferred to beach at night because i found it relaxing and eat some fishcakes.
Since you’ve made the journey all the way to Haedong Yonggungsa, it’s time to reward yourself with an afternoon on the beach. You’ve got two great choices here, both on the same subway line you took to reach Haedong Yonggungsa.
Day 4: Beomeosa or Seokbulsa Temple + Heosimcheong Spa
Morning: Beomeosa or Seokbulsa Temple
Because I love giving you choices, your fourth morning also included two great ones: Beomeosa Temple, the most important temple in Busan, or remote, off-the-beaten-track Seokbulsa Temple, which requires a moderate hike and features amazing Buddhist cliff carvings.
Afternoon: Soak in a Korean Hot Spring
After hiking to Seokbulsa or making the trip up to Beomeosa (which also involves a lot of walking), its time to relax your muscles in one of the world’s largest hot spring spas, Heosimcheong Spa.
Day 5: Day Trip or Centum City, museums, art galleries, and more or your fifth day, why not take a day-trip from the city? If I could choose only one day trip from Busan, it would be to Tongdosa temple, South Korea’s largest and most important temple.
To escape to Batanes is to escape to a different world.
Numerous travel agencies and hotels offer tours, but the one that we have personally tried on our most recent visit was Bisumi Tours, a duly-licensed local tour operator based in Basco.
Compared to just hiring a tricycle driver, Bisumi’s tours are pricier for a reason. These tours are led by trained local guides. While it’s true that some drivers can serve as your guide, most of them can only share limited information about the sites you visit.
If you want a better appreciation and deeper understanding of the places you visit, join a group tour instead. This way, you’re not just looking at random rolling hills, you’re also learning about their significance.
Tourist spots in Batanes are often divided into four zones: North Batan, South Batan, Sabtang, and Itbayat. I always recommend taking the North Batan Tour first because it gives just the right dose of what’s to come, sort of a teaser. If you’re based in Basco, it is the closest and shortest of the tours. The whole thing takes just half a day, around 4 hours.
South Batan takes much longer, covers a wider area, and in my opinion, much more breathtaking.
Because of Batanes’ natural features, expect to be outside 80% of the trip. Prepare forthis by bringing along a wide-brimmed hat, shades and sunblock. But don’t expect perfectly sunny weather, even in summer. Batanes is infamous for its moody weather. Bring at least one jacket and an umbrella regardless of the time of year.
Having your own car also gives you more freedom to request for a stop-over whenever you see something interesting (you’ll see plenty). You won’t have to worry about traffic because there is virtually none, except for those caused by herds of cows or families of goats.
You can stop any time to catch your breath or take photos of a beautiful sunset. Each hill gives you a unique view of the East Philippine Sea, whether pierced by a lighthouse or underlined by a row of stone houses.
Ivatan home is composed of a major space shared by the entire household. Its cogon roof is constructed and repaired through a bayanihan system called kayvayvanaan or kamanyiduan.
There are two lighthouses in Sabtang, the new one built right beside the sea and the first one, built during Spanish colonial times, a tiny stone structure standing far inland from the shore because when it had been built, no other structure rose above it.
Every person in this world does have a dream or an ambition which one wants to fulfill during his or her life. This way dream encourages you to do better and better more towards your goal.

Everytime sunshine comforts me, I see a hope and a possibility that my dream and wish will be granted. I dreamt to be a flightAtendant, a successful one in an Airline Industry because I see myself as a traveler, a great wanderer and an explorer at the same time.
I dream a dream that I cam travel the round world someday and find myself and true happiness that i”ve never been experienced in my entire life. Since I was a kid I always look at the sky and count the airplanes passing by, hoping that someday I can count on my dreams to fly.

Only having a dream won’t help. I also need to work towards tha achievement and make hardships of my dream. As a flight attendant it is not easy as it seems because it deals with the service to the passengers by giving them what satisfaction they want. I need to study hard and learn the basics and step one step at a time.

Land of the Rising Sun, take a holiday in a tranquil place, chilly breeze, and experience the spring time.

Busan. South Korea is my dream place that I thought I cannot visit it once in my life time but god gave me a chance to fly and see the magnificence of that place.
I found myself for a month and felt the cold zephyr when it touches me. I saw pale people walking down the streets, in coast, in traditional market, malls and even in our apartment because my uncle is a pure Korean and they tutor middle school students every day.

The foods are awesome and delicious or in Korean word “DAEBAK and MAS-ISSNEUN” because of the taste, texture, appearance. They’ve served me best and gave me a exceptional treatment because I am a foreigner. My favorite food there is the “TTEOKBOKKI” or the stir-fried rice cake. Every morning my auntie prepares our breakfast because I don’t know how to cook Korean food, all I can do is to boil water and cook ramen. I experienced eating live octopus and fish, and it tastes good. KIMBAP is my favorite food also because I can it this while watching movies in my room, and while I am in our car travelling somewhere. It is Korean dish made from cooked rice and other ingredients that are rolled in gim—dried sheets of nori seaweed—and served in bite-sized slices.

Everyday we go to somewhere to relax to make my vacation worth it, my family and I went to the Haeundae Beach, Haedong Yonggungsa, Taejongdae and a lot more including their traditional markets. In the half of my vacation in Busan, I was surprised because my uncle deciced to go to Seoul, the capital of South, Korea. I was so blessed at that time and glad because my vacation made be more enjoyable. Seoul City is that good because Entertainments are everywhere, the tall buildings are made me small, artists are walking with me and handsome boys “Oppas” made my heart boom. We checked-in in a expensive hotel, and I don’t know why. I met my uncle’s relatives in the evening in a Korean Restaurant and ate Samgyeopsal. We talked, laugh and make our conversation comfortable. I am happy to the little young boy who always wanted to walk with me and I found it cute, we walked around the city and enjoyed the magic of the city lights. Night markets are remarkable and fish cakes are awesome too, I enjoyed eating, walk, and eat again. We went to the Namsan Tower, Myeongdo Cathedral, Han River and their markets after that night.
In my own opinion Busan is more beautiful and tranquil the Seoul because it has a lot of beaches, mountains and the weather there is more relaxing.
I found my friends there and I’ve met Seo-yoon who is cheerful and lively, we shared happy moments and we have the same idols. Thanks to my Auntie Jen & Uncle Won Bum for inviting me and provide what our need in our stay. I enjoyed a lot and I hope someday or next year, they will invite me again because I miss them so much.
Try to visit Busan, South Korea and feel what I felt, eat what I ate, see what I saw, and enjoy like I did.

You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.
Why do this?
The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.
To help you get started, here are a few questions:
You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.
Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.
When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
